We are looking for an AR Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the investigation and recovery of information  of any current or future merchant receivables, analyzing merchants bank statements and any ancillary documents, monitoring payments of merchants incoming receivables with their vendors and/or customers, ensuring collection of pending receivables are made to the appropriate party, and making detailed notes in the CRM database.

 Working hours 2:30pm-10:30pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Create and maintain case files in Salesforce platform.
• Analyze merchants bank statements to understand where incoming and outgoing cash is being transferred to and from.
• Tracks and resolves discrepancies.
• Resolves and researches issues on a timely basis using various systems and other tools.
• Research business partners of various companies through online research.
• Communicate with a matter representative and arrange payment plans.
• Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system.
• Update client accounts based on payment or contact information.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• May be required to perform other tasks and duties reasonably related to job responsibilities.

Kualifikimet

Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• C1 Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer service experience, and/or strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Ability to analyze large sets of data.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable, credit and collections policies and protocols with proven expertise in analyzing data and recommending solutions.
• Experience working with and reading bank statements.
• Past investigative work experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, organize and prioritize to accomplish specific tasks.
• Meet tight deadlines, meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• 3-4 Years of AR experience is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy.
• Strong work ethic.
• High level of discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM is desirable.
