We are at Flex Business Solutions are expanding our staff and looking for new candidates for: Architect - 3D Designer
If you are looking for different working experiences and opportunities to grow in a spacious office, and comfortable workstations.
Responsibilities:
● Part of an Architectural and Engineering team responsible for the development of production 3D rendering and specification from construction documentation.
● Develops designs in coordination with client requirements, specifications, and goals.
● 3D modeling and rendering.
● Work collaboratively with the New York office staff.
● Works with Project Manager and Project Architect to prepare presentations and produce documents through to the construction phase.
● Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD.
Qualifications:
● Excellent written/spoken English.
● Architecture Degree.
● Complete knowledge of construction drawings standards.
● Minimum 2 years of experience.
● Strong Design, computer, technical and graphical skills.
● Attention to details, highly organized, excellent communication and collaboration with teamwork.
● Dynamic and multitasking for A&E office.
