Architect / Engineer- Site Safety Plans

Description: We at Flex Business Solutions are expanding our staff and looking for new candidates for: Architect - to Develop high quality Site Safety Plans.

If you are looking for different working experiences and opportunities to grow in a spacious office, and comfortable workstations.This position is not limited to Architects it can apply to Civil Engeniers as well with a strong knowledge of large construction projects.

This process is very new to Albania, which will be provided a details training for the offered position.

Detyrat

Responsibilities:

• Part of an Architectural and Engineering team responsible for the development of production Site Safety Plans.
• Develops designs in coordination with client requirements, specifications, and goals.
• Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.

 

Kualifikimet

Qualifications:

• Excellent written/spoken English.
• Architecture / Civil Engineering Degree.
• Complete knowledge of construction drawings standards.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Strong Design, computer, technical and graphical skills.
• Attention to details, highly organized, excellent communication and collaboration with teamwork.
• Dynamic and multitasking for A&E office.
• Advanced use of AutoCAD.
• Revit is a plus.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
• Strong creative and visualization skills
