Back Office Assistant

Hello there! We are looking for a motivated, bright and professional individual to join our team and help one of our clients, a US nursing home, with back-office work. This is a remote position with mostly computer-based tasks, and you can work with comfort from your home.

What you are going to do:

• Doing background screening of the patients before they are admitted to the nursing facility.
• Helping with paperwork.
• Verifying insurance policies and other documents.
• Making calls to insurance companies to check if insurance is valid.
• Processing various admission documents, entering information into company tools, etc.

Kualifikimet

What we need:

• Experience in similar jobs / data entry would be a plus.
• Exceptional attention to details, diligence and ability to multi-task.
• Strong spoken and written English & communication skills (Upper Intermediate or better).
• Good team work skills, flexibility and self-organization.
• Ability to work US hours (9AM-6PM NY time / 15.00-24.00 Tirana time).
• Be comfortable with using time-tracking software (TimeDoctor).

What we offer:

• Employment contract for a 45 hrs work week (8 hrs work day + 1 hr break).
