Maritim Hotel Plaza Tirana is looking for experienced candidates in the Front Office Department.
Job Position: Bellboy

POSITION SUMMARY:
Greet and welcome arriving guests as they enter the hotel. Help the guests carry their luggage and bring them to their respective hotel rooms.

Detyrat

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Welcome and escort guests to and from their rooms and assist with luggage;
• Courteously greeting customers and provide them high quality service;
• Inform Guests of all services, facilities, room and safety features and, if time permits, promote hotel outlets;
• Occasionally park and retrieve guest's vehicles;
• Assisting the customers with their needs;
• Occasionally assists the other departments on sending documents and other needs.

Kualifikimet

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

• Wide knowledge and expertise in customer service;
• High school; Fluent in English;
• Skills in speaking other foreign languages are a plus;
• Driving License is mandatory.
