•  Reach out to potential customers through proactive cold calling.
• Exceed sales targets within specified timelines.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Understand customers' unique needs, provide optimal solutions, and cultivate lasting relationships.
• Demonstrate a proven ability to foster and sustain strong client relationships.
• Cultivate and maintain positive business and customer relationships, contributing to ongoing growth

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Mandatory work experience as a Capital Specialist (Sales Representative)
•  Exhibit a high level of English Proficiency (C1 level or higher).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with active listening
• Strong phone communication skills
• Profound familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, and adeptness with sales analytics tools.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
•  Proficiency in negotiation, salesmanship, and communication, all hallmarks of exceptional selling skills.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ethical conduct and commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards
• Relationship management skills with an open-minded approach to receiving feedback.
