Job position: Cloud Support Engineer

Contract Terms: Indefinite

Location: Tirana, Albania.

Summary: We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer who is motivated and tech-savvy person to join an ISO 27001 certified cloud operation for our Client, an international company, that creates cloud-based software that helps companies optimize and automate their work, making life at work better for their employees and their customers, based in the UK opening a new site in Tirana, Albania, as part of its strategic growth.

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop new skills and attain real live experience in cloud systems development, live global operations, as well as software quality, integration, and validation all under the guidance (where required) and support of seasoned and experienced professionals.

Detyrat

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Writing scripts to deploy software on our cloud servers Contributing to the development and deployment of proactive monitoring tools.
• Providing customers with first-rate support, both by phone, by email, and self-service Investigating and replicating customer issues.
• Testing software prior to its deployment in the cloud.

Kualifikimet

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• A Master's degree would be highly desirable.

Work Experiences and required skills:

• Familiarity with Linux and Windows Operating Systems Knowledge of one or more scripting languages.
• Ability to create and execute test plans.

You may also have:

• Ability to troubleshoot server and network problems Knowledge of MySQL, Apache, and PHP Exposure to virtualization technologies such as KVM or Xen IT Networking.

Language skills:

• Very good command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of any other language would be an asset.

Other interpersonal Skills:

• Quality and customer focus running through your veins Good communication skills Good problem-solving skills.
• A can-do approach.
• Able to pick up new ideas quickly Good team player.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies.
