Contact Center Specialist Duties:
- Responsible to follow and respect all company and division procedures;
- Responsible to reach the daily targets and KPIs for Inbound and Outbound calls;
- Support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails/others as a receiver and caller;
- Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication;
- Use in correct and effective way all internal systems and applications;
- Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong Negotiation Skills;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of MS Office package;
- Telecommunication awareness;
- Available to work in shifts.
Experience
- Experience in similar position will be an advantage.
Education
- Bachelor Degree.
