2.     Full-Time availability, Thursday - Monday, 23.00-07.00 (night shift).

Job Duties

•  Act as an answering service operator outside or during business hours.
• Greet customers warmly and ask how to help.
• Transfer calls.
• Relay verbal messages.
• Record and deliver messages.
• Call the appropriate person requested by the caller.
• Page individuals and inform them of the message.
• Refer caller to emergency numbers if necessary.
• Date stamp time of call and record in the computer system.
• File messages.
• Operate cord or cordless switchboard.
• Arrange a conference call.
• Schedule or cancel appointments.
• Answer the caller's questions.
• Proofread messages and sort mail.
• Perform other clerical duties as necessary.

Kualifikimet

Qualifications

•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Advantage will be given to those who have a College Degree.
• Ability to learn required software.
• Strong computer skills.
• Comfortable with office equipment including a computer and telephone.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to think analytically.
• Experience: Entry Level (0-2 years).
