Working hours 14:30-22:30 from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities;

• Manages defaulted accounts by identifying and negotiating settlements and payment plans.  
• Review open accounts for collection efforts.
• Follow up with every account via calls, emails, or any other method available.
• Maintains and updates notes in the database/system.
• Collects and follows up with account payments
• Conducts in-depth research in order to facilitate the collection process.
• Strive to maintain excellent relations through professional conduct

Kualifikimet

Qualifications and Requirements;

• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills required.
• Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast changing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Access.
• Experience in a telecommunications environment is preferred.
• Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy. C1 and/or C2 proficiency in spoken and written English .
