We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Finance Controlling Specialist/Senior Specialist for our Finance department.

The scope of this function is the preparation of the monthly management pack delivered to the management of the bank, performing the financial analysis for internal and external use and as well as the preparation of the Business Plan of the bank and of the business units and follow up of them.

Detyrat

• Analyze the financial statements of the Bank and compare financial performance to projections monthly, with the aim to report to the executive management the significant deviations and exceptions.
• Prepares the monthly management pack that is delivered to the management of the bank.
• Ensure compliance with Bank of Albania accounting manual and limits of different regulations of the Central Bank.
• Develops scenarios of the prospect changes on bank product development i.e., deposits, loans, etc., and effect on banks profit considering overall economic trends.
• Monthly forecast of the Profit and Loss statement and target relevant ratios (Liquidity, ROA, ROE, etc.…).
• Monthly forecast of the Capital Adequacy Ratio.
• In assistance of the Head of Finance and in a close cooperation with all relevant divisions/sectors prepares a five-year strategic plan.
• Prepares reports and other relevant information for the different committees of the Bank like Financial Performance Committee, Pricing Committee, Risk committee, ALCO, etc.
• Provide cover for the other members of the Unit and of the Sector to a certain extend.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Head of Finance Department
• Attend all trainings provided by the bank which are related to her/his work and to thrive to do her/his job as good as possible.

Kualifikimet

• University degree in the field of finance, banking, or accounting.
• + 3 years’ experience in similar field
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Very good knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
• Logical, efficient, and very attentive to details
• Highly self-motivated
• Any other qualification, course or certificate is an advantage
