We are looking for a new colleague to provide customer services for debit and credit card holders of Raiffeisen Bank, cards files processing & monitoring in Cards Interfaces and full involvement in testing and consolidation phases of projects, sows or initiatives related to cards. Excellent initiative, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Detyrat

• Offer support to branches in relation to cards activity; including cards personalization & distribution from third parties, aiming to achieve SLA targets;
• Responsible for all manual adjustments/updates needed in cards Graphic User Interface (Way4) ensuring correct card balances and customer`s satisfaction;
• Responsible for processing and generation of cards files in respective cards applications in accordance to information security rules & cards files procedures obtaining correct updates of cards transactions and cards balances in customer`s accounts;
• Contacts customers for verification of suspicious/risky transactions performed with their cards Handles periodic cards/PINs inventory processes up to final stage (physical damage);
• Responsible for reporting incidents to supervisor in relation to cards activity affecting customer`s satisfaction and following-up with third parties case resolution ensuring enforcement of good reputation of bank in the marketplace;
• Full involvement in testing and consolidation phases of projects, initiatives involving cards products/processes aiming efficiency in automation and data quality control coverage in cards database.

Kualifikimet

• Degree in Economics or related fields 1-2 years of work experience in banking or financial institution;
• Fully proficient in Microsoft Office Fluent in English.
