Position: MARKETING COORDINATOR

Location: Back Office, Tirana.

Position summary:

Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the development and follow-up of integrated marketing promotional campaigns, in accordance with the company's plan and objectives. Also coordinates and maintains contacts with 3rd parties involved in the whole process such as advertising agencies, media, printing and production companies as well as prepares monthly reports on the results of communication campaigns and monitors the monthly budget.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares, implements and monitors the monthly promotional activities of the company.

• Updates and follows the calendar of promotional activities of each month as well as coordinates the preparation of these activities with other parties involved in the process (commercial, sales, logistics, wholesale or other external collaborators);
• Follows the process of design, printing, production of TV and radio spots, preparation of online communication materials, in order to successfully implement any communication campaign.
• Coordinates marketing campaigns and price negotiation as appropriate with third parties such as media, agencies, printing companies, distribution companies, partner brands, etc.
• Responsible for analyzing the situation, conceiving and ordering all promotional materials required in stores: special labels, plexiglass, display, stands or other advertising materials.
• Monitors monthly budgets by analyzing and comparing current results with those projected and budgeted.
• Informs and updates all online stores about the content and purpose of promotional offers that will be advertised instore, as well as how to apply promotional materials, validity & various specifications that they contain.
• Collects information on sales data from product managers as well as regional sales managers and analyzes them to judge the effects and impact of different promotions in each area or store.
• Prepares reports after each visit to the stores which contain information and problems displayed in each of the points of sale of the network.

Technical requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of work in the field of marketing, communication, publicity.
• Higher bachelor education (with work experience, branch is not a problem).
• Very correct knowledge of the Albanian language in writing and expression.
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken, past). Knowledge of other languages ​​is an advantage.
• Good computer knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, World programs. Knowing other programs is an advantage.
• Knowledge of technical terminology used in Marketing.
• Class B driving license (advantage).
