Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

 We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The SDR will be responsible for outreach to potential and existing customers, engaging prospects, scheduling and booking sales demos and meetings, organizing contact data, providing general administration support, handling customer inquiries, and building relationships with prospects and customers. The SDR will also be involved in performance planning, market, and audience research, and lead generation activities.

Responsibilities:

 Outreach:

  • Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other channels to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Utilize tools such as Gmail, Dialpad, Google Meet, Zoom, and social media platforms for effective communication.

 

Deals:

  • Engage prospects and sell products or services through product demonstrations and other means.
  • Utilize tools such as Gmail, Dialpad, Google Meet, Zoom, and social media platforms to conduct effective sales presentations.

 

Scheduling and Booking:

  • Schedule sales demos and meetings with prospects and customers.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Calendar and Calendly for efficient scheduling.

 

Organize Contact Data:

  • Set up and manage a CRM or contact list to track and maintain customer information.
  • Utilize tools such as Outplay, Sage, and GoHighLevel for effective contact management.

 

General Administration:

  • Manage email communications and handle internal communication tasks.
  • Assist with RFQs (Request for Quotations) and other administrative tasks as required.

 

Support:

  • Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints as the first point of contact.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize communication tools such as email, phone calls, Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, Discord, and Skype for effective customer support.

 

Relationship Building:

  • Build rapport with prospects and gain a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to gather feedback and nurture long-term partnerships.
  • Utilize various communication tools such as email, phone calls, Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, Discord, and Skype to foster strong relationships.

 

Performance Planning:

  • Set sales goals and develop plans to increase revenue.
  • Monitor and report sales team performance results to company executives.
  • Utilize tools such as ClickUp, GoHighLevel, and Sage for performance tracking and reporting.

 

Market and Audience Research:

  • Perform research to gather information about industry best practices, competitors, and target audience preferences.
  • Stay updated on market trends and changes to provide valuable insights to the sales team.

 

Generate Leads:

  • Find prospective buyers based on client instructions and cultivate connections through email, social media, and calls.
  • Utilize tools such as email, social media platforms, and ZoomInfo for effective lead generation.

 


Kualifikimet

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools such as Gmail, Dialpad, Google Meet, Zoom, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Outplay, Sage, or GoHighLevel is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate customer records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and goals.
