Agisolve GmbH is an international  consulting company  with the headquarters in Munich focusing  on technology, agile coaching, project management, engineering act..  We motivate companies,  teams and their leaders with the capabilities and courage to start their Agile journey and supporte them along the way. We provide IT initiative services and support for our business partners to achieve their goals.
We are looking for a Scrum Master.
You will be coaching and mentoring the people of your team on agile methodology and the desired mindset. 

Detyrat

Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for the introduction of and compliance to Agile processes.
• Continuously improving agile processes in all aspects together with your teams.
  You are the coach for your teams and Product Owners, e.g. regarding team development, self-organization or the product backlog.
• Responsible for positive and productive Scrum events within the timebox.
• Tracking progress and making impediments transparent.
• Responsible of workshops moderations.
• Fostering cross team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Supporting your teams to integrate in our scaled agile organizations – primarily following the SAFe model.

Kualifikimet

• 3+ years experience as Scrum Master.
• A communicative type who knows the way around moderation, coaching and / or conflict management.
• You value trust and transparency and lead by example You have a natural positive personality which is demonstrated through the enthusiasm you bring into our teams.
• You like to promote and establish personal responsibility and self-organization in the Scrum Teams.
• Experience in the agile transformation of teams and organizations is an advantage Language(s): English fluent, German nice to have.
