 Hiring Position – Social Media Manager (Real Estate Company)

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Social Media Specialist to manage one of our biggest partner's social media presence. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. You will also be responsible for creating and curating engaging content, scheduling, and publishing posts, monitoring social media analytics, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

• Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
• Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms.
• Schedule and publish posts across all social media channels.
• Monitor social media analytics and report on key metrics to inform strategy and content creation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Respond to customer inquiries and engage with followers on social media.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.

Kualifikimet

Requirements:

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in social media management.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with an eye for design.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with social media advertising is a plus.
