International Maarif Schools of Albania (IMSA) after a successful experience with the "University of New York Tirana", "New York High School" and Basic Education "New York Basic Education" has expanded its activity in Albania with:

  Kindergarten "International Maarif Schools of Albania" for children aged 3-6 years   We are committed to providing the teaching and conditions of contemporary standards, developing and expanding the knowledge and skills of each of our children. To this end we are looking for:   VICE PRINCIPAL

Responsibilities and Duties

Including, but not limited to, the following:

• Oversee the daily operation of the Preschool.
• Manage staff in collaboration with the principal.
• Create policies and develop curricula which conform to the state & education requirements.
• Ensure that the property is well-maintained, safe and secure.
• Manage financial transactions and prepare budgets.
• Maintain the school website and social media.
• Schedule training of CPR and First Aid for all members of staff.
• Schedule on-going training of teachers.
• Oversee the planning and preparation of meals for the children
• Other duties as assigned

Kualifikimet

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (after 2010) in "Preschool Education" or
• Undergraduate Diploma in “Lower Cycle” Management and Attendance (5-10-20 years) by MASR for Kindergarten;
• Qualifications recognized by MASR;
• Minimum of five years’ work experience in similar positions;
• Implement correctly the law, normative provisions and the kindergarten regulation.
• Proficient in written and speaking English; Turkish language is a bonus
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills.
• Must have effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to use discretion and diplomacy when handling sensitive and confidential information and matters.
• Should be committed to a culture of diversity, respect and inclusion; demonstrated ability to build working relationships with people having a wide variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences different from ones' own.
