Business Analysis Specialist

Purpose of the position: Control the process of defining and analysing the business needs and requirements of the strategic projects for the company, in terms of specific IT solutions and in accordance with the overall strategy and objectives of IT.

Detyrat

Main Tasks:

• Act as a Single point of contact (SPOC) for all Business Projects.
• Ensure that business requirements are clearly defined and aligned with company architecture standards.
• Lead the process of defining and documenting business requirements in a structured manner.
• Maintain and update requirements documentation as business needs evolve.
• Trace, maintain and prioritize requirements, assess changes to requirements and gain consensus on changes.
• Organize requirement gathering workshops including many stakeholders and drive them to one final delivery.
• Work closely with all Technology teams and business process owners to define detailed specifications for new solutions or modifications.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with IT architecture principles and meet business process requirements.
• Work closely with Testing team to create user acceptance testing file in line with business requirements.
• Where appropriate, educate the staff responsible for the training of end-users.
• Identifies and recommends improvements related to business/system analysis and clarification of the development lifecycle requirements of a solution.
• Participates in the project management team to clarify important business requirements and solutions for realization.
• Other duties assigned by the supervisor are based on the job requirements.

Kualifikimet

• Education: University Degree (Bachelor/Master) in Management Information System, Computer Science or Telecommunication, Economics, Business Management or similar.
• Experience and Qualifications: At least 1 year of previous experience in this field.
• Skills:
• Good knowledge of business process modeling techniques.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• SAP/BOSS modules, SAP/BOSS Quality Assurance Systems.
• Good management skills (people, time, projects), communicative, reliable, confident.
• Ability to analyze data to derive insights and support decision-making.
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
