Përshkrimi

The Senior HR & Legal Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing all human resources functions and ensuring legal compliance within the organization. This role combines expertise in HR management with legal advisory duties, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, contract drafting, policy development, and regulatory compliance.

The position also provides guidance on labor laws, company policies, and legal risks to support strategic decision-making and maintain a compliant and productive workplace.

Detyrat

  • Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, and employee engagement.
  • Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, policies, and legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Advise management on HR and legal matters, including dispute resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel, government bodies, and regulatory authorities.
  • Support organizational development and HR strategy implementation.
  • Manage partners’ contracts and other administrative matters as per the terms and details specified in the contracts.

Kualifikimet

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in HR and legal advisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent English language skills.
